Iddompet Terms and Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and iddompet ("Platform", "we", "us"). This document governs your access to and use of the iddompet website, the iddompet mobile app, and all related services.

By completing the registration process, logging in, or otherwise accessing or using any part of the iddompet platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms in their entirety.

Iddompet reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the iddompet platform following any amendments will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Access to the iddompet platform is limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Aged 18 years and above on the date of registration
• Residing in or accessing the platform from a permitted region
• Not holding more than one active account on the iddompet platform
• Not having been previously banned or blocked from the iddompet platform
• Register under your own name and not on behalf of a third party
• Not acting as an agent or representative of any company in an unauthorized capacity

Iddompet reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time and may suspend or close an account until satisfactory proof is provided. In the event of age-related fraud, all funds in the account may be fully forfeited.

To make full use of iddompet's services, you will need to register an account and complete the identity verification process (KYC — Know Your Customer). Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

• Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only
• A valid government-issued ID is required for KYC verification
• The KYC process is typically completed within 24 business hours
• Full deposit and withdrawal functions are only available after successful KYC
• Iddompet reserves the right to request additional documents for further verification
• False or inaccurate information may result in account closure

Your account password is entirely your responsibility. iddompet will never ask for your password through any communication channel. Please contact customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

Iddompet accepts a variety of payment methods commonly used in Malaysia, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and online bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit Conditions:

• The minimum deposit is RM 10 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion
• Deposits must be made from a payment method in your own name
• Iddompet does not accept cash or unrecognised payment methods
• Failed deposits due to third-party errors will be refunded within 3–5 business days

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 30 unless otherwise stated
• Withdrawals can only be made to an account bearing the same name as the iddompet account
• A complete and valid KYC is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed
• Iddompet reserves the right to request proof of source of funds before approving large withdrawals
• Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment method and the member's VIP status

All bonuses and promotions offered by iddompet are subject to rollover requirements and additional conditions stated in their respective promotion terms. The following general conditions apply:

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new user
• Rollover requirements must be met before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus balance
• Bonuses are non-transferable to other members
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses will result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of all funds
• Iddompet reserves the right to void any bonus awarded if its usage conditions are breached
• Some games may not count, or may count at a different rate, toward fulfilling rollover requirements

All games available on the iddompet platform have their own rules set by licensed game providers. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before participating.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and VIP level
• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a proven technical error has occurred
• In the event of a system disruption during an active game, iddompet will settle the wager based on available system records
• For Sports Betting, iddompet reserves the right to void a wager if a match is postponed or cancelled in accordance with its stated policy
• The use of automated software, bots, or assistive tools is not permitted in any game
• Large wins are subject to review and verification before processing

Your account security is a shared responsibility. iddompet provides a robust security infrastructure, but you should also take the following steps to protect your account:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account security settings
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including iddompet staff
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device
• Report immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account

Iddompet will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the iddompet platform. Violating any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Multiple account usage — registering or operating more than one account
• Identity fraud — registering using another person's information or falsified documents
• Bug exploitation — exploiting technical errors or system vulnerabilities
• Use of bots or automation — using third-party software to automate gameplay or wagering
• Money laundering — using the iddompet platform for money laundering activities
• Unfair collusion — colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Bonus abuse — registering multiple accounts solely to claim bonuses
• Hacking attempts — any attempt to gain unauthorised access to iddompet's systems or data

Iddompet reserves the right to suspend or close a user account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Inability to verify a user's identity or age
• At the user's own request for self-exclusion
• Relevant legal proceedings or court orders

In cases of account closure due to a terms violation, iddompet reserves the right to forfeit all existing balances. In cases of closure at the user's request or for other administrative reasons not involving a violation, valid balances will be returned after review is complete.

Iddompet strives to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, however we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. iddompet will not be held liable for:

• Losses incurred due to temporary platform disruption or unavailability
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform
• Actions or omissions by third parties, including payment service providers
• Losses resulting from delays, errors, or inaccuracies in the transmission of information over the internet
• Any losses resulting from a user's negligence in securing their account

The maximum liability of iddompet to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Iddompet takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. All information you provide is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with the iddompet Privacy Policy, which applies alongside these Terms.

By using the iddompet platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of:

• Account management and verification (including KYC)
• Financial transaction processing
• Fraud prevention and security monitoring
• Service-related communications and promotions (consent may be withdrawn)
• Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Iddompet reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of significant changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or through an in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review this Terms and Conditions page periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last made.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where iddompet operates. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation and mediation before formal legal proceedings are initiated.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue to be in full force and effect.
